Pistes Solidaires
Context and fundamentals
Pistes-Solidaires, borned in 2002, has built a project based on « exchange » : exchange throught meeting, exchange throught buying, exchange throught discovering, exchange throught involvment in projects/ actions. Exchange is there fore the fundamental principle of Pistes solidaires.
Target
Within youth project :
- Youth from 15 to 30 years old.
Within training
- adults : social workers and all organisation within the social and cultural field.
Main activities:
Europe
- Youth moblity exchange projects
- European voluntary service ( Hosting/ sending and coordinating)
- European Training and seminars
- Strong european Network
- Projects of Life long learning within non formal education ( trough Grundvig program)
- Professionnal experience and mobility (through Leonardo mobility)
- Social workers’ Training ( within the french german program)
Since 2005:
Fair trade
- Product selling in the « Alter ethique » shop
- Fair trade products promotion and sell on market and fairs in the Var department
- Information and sensibilisation campaign on fair trade within primary, secondary and high schools
- Promotion of the fair trade consumption concept with company workers syndicates and with municipalities.
Sustainable tourism
- For youth and adult
- The concept : travel in a different manner, intercultural exchange, meeting others and their culture
- Fair distribution of the added value within actors of the project.

- Fair trade shop and headquarter in Frejus. ( Var department/ near Nica)
- Office in Marseille
